摘要
在住院医师规范化培训内分泌教学中有机融入思政教育,有助于培养住院医师职业精神及落实立德树人根本任务。通过改进课程思政教学方法,在内分泌课程教案中融入思政元素,提升带教教师思政教学能力,并将思政教育有机融入住院医师规范化培训中,这对我国医学人才培养具有重要意义。
The organic integration of Ideological&Political education in the endocrine teaching of standardized training for resident physicians contributes to the cultivation of the professional spirit of residents and implementing of the fundamental task of moral education.By improving the teaching method of Ideological&Political Education,integrating Ideological&Political elements into the teaching plan of endocrine course,improving the Ideological&Political teaching ability of teachers,and integrating Ideological&Political education into the standardized training of residents,it is of great significance to the cultivation of medical personnel in China.
