摘要
地方师范大学是构成教育强国的基本要素,是教育强国整体生成不可或缺的“生成元”与“培养基”,是培育基础教育高质量师资队伍的支撑力量。教育强国背景下,如何释放地方师范大学的能量、发挥其功用,既是整体助推教育强国建设的时代之问,也是全面实现中国式教育现代化的历史之责。地方师范大学是将师范生转化为未来数以万计高素质教师的重要阵地,是推动“地方师范大学-地方政府-中小学”合作共同体持续优化的中坚力量,在教育强国建设中发挥着特殊的连接作用、转化作用和助推作用。受历史和多种现实因素的影响,地方师范大学的连接、转化和助推作用并未得到有效彰显和释放,这成为阻碍地方师范大学助力教育强国建设的现实困境。地方师范大学需重申与重拾师范教育本位性、强化与彰显教育家精神引领性、凸显和释放学科交叉功能性、夯实与增强数字技术支撑性、强化与推进区域服务导向性,助推教育强国的整体实现。
Local normal universities are the fundamental elements that make up an education power,an indispensable“generator”and“training medium”for the overall generation of an education power,and a supporting force for cultivating high-quality teaching staff in basic education.In the context of building an education power,how to unleash the energy and function of local normal universities is not only a question of the times to promote the construction of an education power as a whole,but also a historical responsibility to comprehensively achieve the modernization of Chinese style education.Local normal universities are located at the hub of connecting basic education and higher education powers.They are an important battlefield for transforming normal students into tens of thousands of high--quality teachers in the future,and also a backbone force in promoting the continuous optimization of the“local normal university local gov ernment local primary and secondary school”cooperation community.They play a special role in connecting,transforming,and promoting the construction of an education power.Due to the influence of history and various practical factors,the connecting,transforming,and promoting effects of local normal universities have not been effectively demonstrated and released,becoming a practical dilemma that hinders local normal universities from supporting the construction of an education power.I ocal normal universities need to reaffirm and regain the focus of teacher education,strengthen and demonstrate the guiding spirit of educators,highlight and release the interdisciplinary functionality,strengthen and enhance the support of digital technology,strengthen and promote regional service orientation,and promote the overall realization of an education power.
