摘要 教师教育一体化不仅要在组织形式上一体化,更要在培训方案、课程设置上真正实行一体化。设置教师教育一体化的课程,必须充分整合职前培养课程与职后培训课程的优势,扬长避短。教师教育一体化课程建构要遵循开放性、前瞻性、客观性、发展性原则,打造一体化教师队伍,建构与中小学教育实践紧密结合的职前培养课程和与大学教育紧密结合的职后培养课程。 The integration of teacher education not only means the integration of the organizational forms but also the integration of training plans and curriculum setup. The curriculum setup of teacher education should take full consideration of the integration of all the advantages in both pre-professional and post-professional curriculum training so as to maximize the favorable factors and minimize the unfavorable ones. The construction of the integrated curriculum of teacher education should obey the principles of openness, prospect, object, development, establish an integrated group of teachers, construct the pre-professional cultivation curriculum with close relation to the educational practice in primary and secondary schools and the post-professional cultivation curriculum with close relation to the education in the universities.
