摘要
高等教育强国不是物质系统,也不是复合性机器,而是具有生命现象的生态系统,不同类型或层次的高等教育或高等学校生在其中、长在其内,彼此互生共长、相互形塑和相辅相成。作为一种发达的高等教育系统,高等教育强国的生发既需要用“在场的相互作用”来解释,也需要用“不在场的相互作用”来解释,还需要用“不断反馈的历史过程”来解释。高等教育强国是生成的整体,是在系统关联中整体生成的整体。大学是高等教育强国的生成元,蕴含着高等教育强国生成的全部信息或全部可能。广义迭代、自我复制、超循环运转和历史性积累共同构成高等教育强国的生成机制。
A powerful country in higher education means a live ecosystem in which different types or levels of higher education and their recipients coexist and interact with each other. As a developed higher education system, the emergence of a powerful country in higher education needs to be explained not only by the interaction of presence, but also by the interaction of absence, as well as by the historical process of continuous feedback. A powerful country in higher education is the whole of generation, and the whole of generation in the system connection. The university is the generator,and it contains all the information or all possibilities in the generation of a powerful country in higher education. Generalized iteration, repeated self-replication, hypercycle operation and historical accumulation jointly constitute the generative mechanism of a powerful country in higher education.
