摘要
目前,我国很多高校的金工实训课程普遍存在教学理念落后、教学内容陈旧、教学模式僵化等诸多问题。针对这种现象,从树立新的实训思路与理念、改革教学内容、创新教学方法、加强课程思政设计、改革考核评价机制等方面,就如何更好地组织金工实训教学展开讨论并进行改革,以期提高学员学习积极性,培养其良好的专业技能和职业素养。
At present,there are many problems in metalworking training courses in many colleges and universities in China,such as backward teaching idea,outdated teaching content and rigid teaching mode.In view of this phenomenon,this paper sets up the new training ideas and concept,reform of teaching content,innovation of teaching methods,strengthen the ideological and political design of curriculum,reform the evaluation mechanism,this paper discusses and reforms how to better organize the metalworking practical training teaching,with a view to improving the students’learning enthusiasm and cultivating their good professional skills and professional qualities.
