摘要
弘扬和培育工匠精神是增强国家战略人才力量的精神内核。工匠精神具有引领高职学生知识转化,促进产业工人形成的文化价值;夯实高职学生技能累积基础,实现人力资本增值的经济价值,涵养高职学生素养,助推企业高质量发展的社会价值。然而,当前我国高职学生工匠精神培养未与职场需求准确接轨,存在培养时间短、培养场域单一、模式僵化等问题。为此,要基于生命周期成长理论追求工匠精神的终身养成,基于人职匹配理论创造工匠精神培养的“双向互动”环境,基于职业生涯发展理论调整工匠精神的培养模式,以满足现代职场的需求,推动高职学生的全面发展和社会进步。
Promoting and cultivating the“craftsmanship spirit”serves as the spiritual core to accelerate the construction of the national strategic talent.The craftsmanship spirit plays a leading role for higher vocational college students to transform knowledge,helping to erect the“craftsmanship spirit”culture awareness among industrial workers.It lays a solid foundation of the skill accumulation for higher vocational college students,achieving the economic value of human capital increment.Nurturing the comprehensive qualities of higher vocational college students contributes to the societal value of promoting high-quality development of enterprises.However,the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit among high vocational students in China has not accurately aligned with workplace demands,facing issues such as short training duration,a single training field and rigid patterns.Therefore,it is essential to pursue the lifelong cultivation of craftsmanship spirit based on the lifecycle growth theory,create a“two way interactive”environment for craftsmanship spirit cultivation based on the“person-job fit”theory,and adjust the cultivation mode of craftsmanship spirit based on the career development theory,as a result higher vocational college students can be qualified and capable enough to fulfill the demands in workplace today,furthermore,be all-around developed in their future career,which would inevitably propel social progress.
