摘要
价值共创视角在探索企业参与产教融合动力机制中具有重要意义。采用质性研究范式和扎根理论方法,通过访谈进行数据收集、整理和分析。研究发现,企业参与产教融合的基础动力机制,是其在人才培养中可以和高职院校实现价值共创;企业参与产教融合的深层动力机制,是其在科研创新中可以和高职院校实现价值共创;企业参与产教融合的长久动力机制,是企业和高职院校能够建立价值共同体。因此,产教融合要以价值共创理念为出发点,提升企业参与合作的积极性;以高职院校改革为突破,促进企业实现价值目标;以建立职教共同体来实现价值共创的持续发展。
The value co-creation perspective is of great significance in exploring the dynamic mechanism of enterprises'participation in the integration of industry and education.The qualitative research paradigm and rooted theory method are adopted,and data are collected through interviews and text is organized and analyzed.It is found that the basic motivation mechanism for enterprises to participate in the integration of industry and education is that they can realize value co-creation with higher vocational colleges and universities in talent cultivation;the deeper motivation mechanism for enterprises to participate in the integration of industry and education is that they can realize value co-creation with higher vocational colleges and universities in scientific research and innovation;and the long-lasting motivation mechanism for enterprises to participate in the integration of industry and education is that enterprises and higher vocational colleges and universities can establish a value community.Therefore,the integration of industry and education should take the concept of value co-creation as the starting point to enhance the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the cooperation;take the reform of higher vocational colleges and universities as the breakthrough to promote the enterprises to realize the value goal;and establish the community of vocational education to realize the sustainable development of value co-creation.
