摘要
针对水利水电工程方案评价信息存在模糊性以及指标要素内部和相互之间存在联系和影响,提出改进灰色聚类的水利水电工程方案优选方法。该方法通过定权聚类,同时对聚类的白化权函数的转折点以指标信息的平均值与标准差确定,然后使用信息群灰关联度模型获得指标权重,进而以方案的灰度值进行方案的优选评定。最后通过某水利水电工程设计方案决策评价案例证明该方法具有工程的有效性和实用性。
In view of the fuzzy evaluation information of water conservancy and hydropower engineering scheme and the relationship and influence between the index elements,an improved grey clustering optimization method for water conservancy and hydropower engineering scheme was proposed.In this method,the turning point of the whiteness weight function of the cluster is determined by the mean value and standard deviation of the index information,and then the index weight is obtained by the information group grey relational degree model,and the optimal selection of the scheme is evaluated by the gray value of the scheme.Finally,a case of decision evaluation of a water conservancy and hydropower project design scheme proves that the method is effective and practical.
