摘要
客户侧供电质量评价涉及多项指标,指标权重的差异使得评价结果具有不确定性。密切值法因其原理简单、易于实现而被广泛应用于多指标类型评价问题,但在应用于客户侧供电质量评价时,未考虑评价指标权重对密切值的影响,导致评价结果不准确。鉴于指标权重在客户侧供电质量评价中的重要作用,提出改进的密切值法,引入熵权法确定指标权重并用于密切值的计算。将改进的密切值法应用于山东省客户侧供电质量监控系统,评价结果客观,实际应用表明,该方法简单、快捷,且能得到直观的评价效果。
That power supply quality evaluation at client side involves a number of index and the difference of index weight makes the evaluation results uncertain. Because of the simple principles and easy implementations, osculating value method is widely applied to multi-index evaluation problem. When this method is applied to comprehensive evaluation of power supply quality at client side, the influence of the weight of evaluation index is ignored. As a result, the evaluation result is inaccurate. This paper proposes a modified osculating value method in view of the important role of index weight. The entropy weight method is introduced to deter- mine the index weight to calculate osculating value. The modified osculating value method is applied to power quality monitoring anti control system at client side in Shandong province, which makes the assessment result more objective. Practical application shows that the modified method proposed in this paper is simple and fast. and has intuitive evaluation effects.
