摘要
大牛地气田开发后期部分老井存在井底积液及近井地带水锁伤害,造成单井产量大幅降低,严重影响气田高效开发。通过建立老井储层水锁评价模型,明确了老井在不同条件下水锁伤害程度;同时以低表面张力、中性润湿为目标,优选出高效XH207C型解水剂,其与泡排剂、阻垢剂、缓蚀剂等现用药剂配伍性良好,且使盒1、山2层岩心平均渗透率恢复率达130.5%,具有优异解水锁性能。现场应用表明,3口老井解水锁试验后日均增产4 377 m^(3)、累计增产363 226 m^(3),增产有效期为70~103 d,具有良好的增产效果。因此,该水锁解除技术在大牛地气田开发生产中具有一定应用前景。
In the late stage of Daniudi gas field development,some old wells have liquid accumulation at the bottom of the well and water lock damage near the well,which results in a significant decrease in the output of a single well,and seriously affects the efficient development of the gas field.By establishing the evaluation model of reservoir water lock in old wells,the damage degree of water lock in old wells under different conditions is clarified.At the same time,with low surface tension and neutral wetting as the goal,the high efficiency XH207C type water solubilizer is optimized,which has good compatibility with the foam discharge agent,scale inhibitor,corrosion inhibitor and other current agents,and makes the average permeability recovery rate of Box 1 and Shan 2layer core reach 130.5%,having excellent water unlocking performance.The field application shows that the average daily production of the three old wells increased by 4377 m^(3) and the cumulative production increased by 363226 m^(3) after the water unlocking test,and the validity period of the stimulation is 70 to 103 days,which has a good effect of stimulation.Therefore,the water lock release technology has a certain application prospect in the development and production of Daniudi gas field.
