摘要
清、污水混注是海上中高含水油田普遍采用的注水开发方式,但清水与污水混合容易结垢,伤害储层.为评价清污混注过程中清水与污水的配伍性,对垢物重量法加以改进,将悬浮固体分为沉降垢和悬浮垢,运用偏光显微镜、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜和能谱分析等微观分析手段,建立了一套系统评价清污配伍性的新方法和实验流程.评价结果准确、可靠且直观.
The mixed injection between the fresh water and sewage is generally adopted waterflooding method in the offshore oilfields in the periods of medium and high water cuts, but the mixture is prone to scale and damage the reservoirs. In order to evaluate the compatibility between the fresh water and sewage in the process of the above mixed injection, the scale gravimetric method is improved, thus the suspended solids can be divided into the settled and suspended scales, with the help of the following microscopic analyzing methods such as POM (polarizing mi- croscope ) , XRD, SEM, EDAX ( energy dispersive analysis X-ray) and so on ~ a set of new methods and experi- mental flow charts are established to systematically evaluate the above compatibility. The evaluated results are pre- cise, reliable and intuitive.
