MTBE装置运行后期出现的问题及优化对策研究

摘要 甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)是高标号汽油产品调和生产依赖的主要物质之一。基于提升MTBE生产效率和质量的目的,本文以MTBE装置为主要研究对象,着重从催化剂应用的角度,结合当前石化企业生产运行的实际情况,从MTBE装置入手,对应用MTBE装置反应运行后期存在的隐患进行分析,明确影响MTBE装置运行效果的主要因素,提出解决相关隐患问题的有效措施,希望能够为优化提升MTBE装置生产效率提供借鉴的思路和经验。 Methyl tert butyl ether(MTBE)is one of the main substances dependent on the blending and production of high-grade gasoline products.Based on the purpose of improving the production efficiency and quality of MTBE,this article focuses on the MTBE unit as the main re-search object,focusing on the application of catalysts and combining with the actual production and operation situation of petrochemical enterpris-es.Starting from the MTBE unit,the hidden problems in the later stage of the reaction operation of the MTBE unit are analyzed,and the main factors affecting the operation effect of the MTBE unit are identified.Effective measures to solve related hidden dangers are proposed,hoping to provide ref-erence ideas and experience for optimizing and improving the production efficiency of the MTBE unit.
