摘要
介绍了煤基混合碳四生产MTBE/1-丁烯产品的工艺过程,针对生产过程中发生的产品纯度低、新装填催化剂超温、产品产率低的问题,通过工艺技术路线改造、新更换催化剂生产调整、工艺优化等措施,使产品纯度、新催化剂使用、产品转化率得到了大幅改善,推进了企业提质增效的能力,且对同类型的装置生产提供了新的解决思路。
The process for producing MTBE/1-butene from coal-based mixed C;fractions is introduced.In view of the problems such as poor product purity, over-temperature of the newly-loaded fresh catalyst, and low yield of products in the production, some measurements including technological route renovation, production adjustment for newly-loaded fresh catalyst and process optimization are taken, which improves greatly the product purity, the use of fresh catalyst and the conversion rate.It promotes the ability of enterprises to improve product quality and economic efficiency, providing new ideas for similar plants.
