摘要 甲醇制烯烃分离流程从早期深冷分离到中冷油吸收分离的转变带来了综合效益的提高,但仍存在进一步优化、升级空间,且现有技术达到瓶颈,需新方法带来技术的升级。由此,本研究通过考察现有MTO烯烃分离流程现状,结合当前和未来市场形势,预测MTO烯烃分离流程的发展。未来短期内发展仍将以低投资、低能耗、高收率、长运行周期为主,开发副产品深加工综合利用技术为辅;长期发展仍需不断开发新型高效分离技术来引领技术革新。 From the early cryogenic separation approach to the inter-cooling separation and oil absorption method in Methanol to Olefins(MTO) product gas separation process,the change brings the increase of economic benefit.However,there still exists some aspects should be optimized and upgraded.Moreover,improvement needs to be achieved by new technology due to the current bottleneck of traditional technology..Therefore,current situation of MTO product gas separation process was thoroughly investigated at first,and then its development was predicted based on the present and future market situation.For the short-term developing,the main targets are lower investment and energy consumption,higher product yield and longer cycle of operation.The supplement could come from the study of deep processing and comprehensive utilization technology.For the long-term developing,the innovation requires to develop constantly more novel and high-efficiency separation approaches.
