摘要
针对乙烯原料轻质化的进程,探讨了前脱乙烷流程在国内的发展现状以及现有工艺的操作难度及稳定性,并对分离流程的发展趋势进行了展望。综述了国内裂解原料的变化、反应器入口物料浓度变化对前加氢反应的影响,并对比了主流前加氢催化剂的性能。最后,对该技术及催化剂的未来走势进行了评述。
The domestic development of front-end de-ethane process,operation difficulties and stability in prior art are discussed. The development trend of the ethylene separation technology is forecasted. This paper also analyzes the influences of cracking raw materials and concentrations of various components at inlet of reactor on the front-end hydrogenation reaction,compares the performance of main front-end hydrogenation catalysts and comments on the future of the process and the catalyst.
