浅析高校乙烯裂解实验装置的维护 被引量:1

摘要 本文以广东石油化工学院乙烯裂解实验装置为研究对象,分析了近8年该套设备的裂解在轻质化原料占有比、乙烯收率、双烯收率及能耗等参数变化情况.通过对装置炉管受腐蚀的情况和内在原因等进行分析,并不断改进维护与保养方法,在高校实现了乙烯和双烯收率达到33.11%和48.23%,能耗降低至596.29 kg/t.因此,乙烯裂解实验装置的正确维护和合理保养,能有效地降低能耗,适度提高乙烯和双烯的收率. The ethylene cracking experimental device of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology was chosen in this paper,the parameters change of the cracking light weight,raw material occupation ratio,ethylene yield,diene yield and energy consumption of equipment octennial were analyzed.Through the analysis of the corrosion of furnace tubes and its internal causes,and continuous improvement of maintenance methods,the yield of ethylene and diene had reached 33.11%and 48.23%,and the energy consumption was reduced to 596.29 kg/t.Therefore,the reasonable maintenance methods of the ethylene cracking experimental device can effectively reduce energy consumption and moderately improve the yield of ethylene and diene.
