乙烯装置稀释蒸汽发生器工艺防腐处理方法 被引量:3

摘要 根据全国各地乙烯装置的防腐措施,针对本装置采用不同的工艺处理办法防止腐蚀,以保证乙烯装置生产平稳运行。通过对造成腐蚀的因素进行初步筛查,确定了换热器泄漏主要由酸碱腐蚀、垢下腐蚀、电化学腐蚀等因素造成。对原因进行分析,找出相对应的解决方法。首先通过稳定助剂供应来保证p H值接近中性,其次对换热器管束上污垢进行清理并分析,再次通过对工艺水检测分析其发生电化学腐蚀的可能。最后给出可以预加甲苯萃取系统、进行换热器壳体改造、更换不同材质换热器管束等合理建议。通过各种检测监测和实施技术改造的方式来延长乙烯车间稀释蒸汽发生器运行周期。采用一系列防腐措施后,经历一个生产运行周期后换热器拆检,发现防腐效果较好。 According to the anticorrosion measures of ethylene plant all over the country,different process treatment methods were adopted to prevent corrosion of this plant to ensure the stable operation of ethylene plant.Through preliminary screening of corrosion factors,it was determined that the heat exchanger leakage was mainly caused by acid and alkali corrosion,corrosion under scale,electrochemical corrosion and other factors.The reasons were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were found out.Firstly,the pH value was ensured to be close to neutral by stabilizing the supply of auxiliary agents.Secondly,the dirt and scale on the tube bundle of heat exchanger were cleaned and analyzed.Thirdly,the possibility of electrochemical corrosion was analyzed by testing the process water.Finally,reasonable suggestions such as adding toluene extraction system,reforming heat exchanger shell and replacing heat exchanger bundle with different material were given.The operation cycle of the dilution steam generator in ethylene workshop was extended by various methods of testing and monitoring and implementing technical transformation.After a series of anti-corrosion measures,the anti-corrosion effect was found to be better.
