挤出活性炭滤芯制备及化学耗氧量去除研究

摘要 为了研究挤出活性炭滤芯对耗氧量的去除效果,探讨了活性炭滤芯制备工艺对耗氧量去除的影响因素。利用挤出技术对粉末活性炭(Activated Carbon,AC)的成型工艺进行优化,同时考察挤出活性炭滤芯(Extruded Activated Carbon Filter,EACF)化学耗氧量(CODMn)去除能力及对其结构表征。通过单因素试验研究了AC粒径、粘结剂占比、加热温度、挤出速度对EACF性能的影响,然后利用正交试验法优化成型工艺。影响初始CODMn去除率的主要因素及其影响力大小为粘结剂占比>加热温度>挤出速度;优选工艺条件为粘结剂占比12%、加热温度160℃、挤出速度2. 0mm/s;其结构表征BET比表面积701. 21m^2/g,BJH吸附累积总孔体积0.082cm^3/g,最可几孔径0.7815nm。利用优化工艺生产的EACF初始耗氧量去除率90.32%,按卫生部(Ministry of Health,MOH)标准要求测试,耗氧量去除能力大于5000L,说明EACF在家用净水器中有良好的应用前景。 In order to study the removal effect of activated carbon (AC) filter on chemical oxygen demand(CODMn), the influencial factors of the activated carbon filter preparation process on CODMnremoval effect were studied. Extrusion molding technology was used to optimize the molding process of powdered activated carbon; meanwhile, structure of extruded AC filter and itsremoval capacity off CODMn were investigated. A single-factor experiment was conducted to examine the influences of AC particle diameter, binder proportion, heating temperature, extrusion speed on the performance of extruded AC filter. Then the optimum molding process conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. The main factors affecting the initial CODMnremoval rate are listed as follows in order of their influence power: binder proportion〉heating temperature〉extrusion speed. The optimum process conditions are binder proportion 12%, heating temperature 160℃, and extrusion speed 2.0 mm/s. The BET specific surface area of EACF is 701.21 m 2/g, and its BJH total pore volume is 0.082 cm 3/g, and the most probable pore size is 0.7815 nm. The initial oxygen consumption removal rate by optimized processed EACF is 90.32%. After a test according to MOH standard, its oxygen consumption removal capacity is found to exceed 5000L, indicating that EACF has a good application prospects in household water purifier.
