摘要
作为渣油加氢装置中至关重要的设备之一,循环氢压缩机的运行状态直接影响整个装置的安全生产。针对压缩机在检修后投入运行时出现的振动异常情况进行了研究。首先通过分析振动信号的频谱特征,发现振动异常的根源在于转子存在不平衡现象。随后,利用现场动平衡技术成功解决了这一异常振动问题,确保了装置的正常运行。这为处理类似设备振动异常问题提供了思路,具有重要的工程实践参考价值。
As one of the crucial components in the hydrocracking unit,the operational status of the recycle hydrogen compressor directly impacts the safe production of the entire facility.This study investigates the abnormal vibration occurrences observed upon the commissioning of the compressor post-maintenance.Initially,by means of analyzing the spectral characteristics of the vibration signals,the root cause of the abnormal vibration is identified as rotor imbalance.Subsequently,through the application of on-site dynamic balancing techniques,the abnormal vibration issue is successfully rectified,ensuring the normal operation of the unit.This provides insights into addressing similar vibration anomalies in equipment,offering significant practical value for engineering applications.
