国内外重油催化裂化装置的原料特点和操作理念浅析 被引量:8

摘要 在分析了国内外重油催化裂化装置原料油特点的基础上,以提高经济效益为中心,分析比较了国内外在催化剂使用和操作理念方面的差异。国外重油催化裂化装置加工的原料一般经过加氢预处理,采用高苛刻度单程操作,较大的催化剂单耗以得到较高的平衡催化剂活性,追求最大的处理量和整体经济效益;国内重油催化裂化装置的原料多未经加氢预处理,采用较低苛刻度的回炼操作模式,催化剂单耗较小,平衡催化剂上重金属含量较高,活性较低,总轻液收较高。指出考核应以最大经济效益为目标,而不只考虑催化剂单耗等单项指标。 Based on the analysis of feedstock characteristics of heavy oil FCCUs home and abroad, the differences of operating ideas between home and abroad are described and analyzed focusing on enhancing the economic effect.The operating idea of the heavy oil FCCUs abroad stressed on feedstock hydrotreating, high fresh catalyst make-up rate for obtaining high activity of equilibrium catalyst, and once-through operation with high severity for maximizing throughput and profit. Most of domestic heavy oil FCCUs adopted untreated feedstock, low severity and recycle operation mode, low fresh catalyst make-up rate, which resulted in lower activity and higher heavy metal contamination ofequilibrium catalyst, and the yields of light oil and LPG were higher. It is pointed out that the unit examination should aim at maximizing economic effect instead of only inspect on single index, such as catalyst make-up rate.
