摘要
石家庄炼油厂第二套0.8Mt/a重油催化裂化装置的再生系统采用带预混合管前置烧焦罐高效再生技术,并设有下流式外取热器。通过对其它同类型装置在生产运行中反-再系统存在的共性问题的分析总结,从设计和生产操作两方面对装置进行了改进,不但彻底解决了以往装置在流化上存在的问题,而且通过对外循环滑同控制方案的优化,有力地保证了高效再生的真正实现。
The second 0. 8 Mt/a heavy on FCCU in shijiazhang refinery was the same type of FCCU which was designed by Bejing Design institute of SINOPEC after Maoming, Jinzhou, Dalian and Jinan, etc. units. The pre-mixing tube and the high-efficiency regeneration with a down-flow catalyst cooler were adopted in the regenerator design. Some fluidization problems were found among the fluidized bed,the slanted standpipes and the catalyst cooler. Through analysis and investigation, the optimization of the open width control of the slide valve of the external circulated catalyst downward from the regenerator dense bed, etc. have been realized to improve the fluidization.
