摘要
轨道交通建设在解决城市交通拥堵、促进城市绿色发展、为市民提供出行便利的同时,由于其投资规模大、收益小,让各地铁公司深陷债务危机中,不得不靠政府补贴来维持日常运营。以站城一体化开发对各地铁公司的反哺作用出发,以洛阳地铁为例,总结了其开发类型、策略,旨在为后续其他城市的站城一体化开发提供参考。
Rail transit construction solves urban traffic congestion,promotes urban green development,and provides travel convenience for citizens.At the same time,due to its large investment scale and small income,metro companies are Mired in debt crisis and have to rely on government subsidies to maintain daily operation.Taking Luoyang Metro as an example,this paper summarizes its development types and strategies,aiming at providing reference for the subsequent development of other cities.
