摘要
在中国特色社会主义新时代下,城市发展也需要新的理念。在此背景下,洛阳市提出转型发展高质量发展的目标。洛阳市自2017年开始建设城市轨道交通系统,截至2021年6月28日,轨道交通1号线已经运营了3个月,轨道交通2号线预计年底前开通试运营。该文通过文献研究、调查数据等方法发现,洛阳市城市轨道交通建设对城市转型发展高质量发展有着重大的促进作用:完善城市综合交通体系,构建先进的交通网络,提高居民出行效率;推动经济发展,提高游客满意度,促进旅游业发展;由于城轨建设提供大量岗位,带动该市就业,拉动很多新兴产业发展;构建更加科学合理的城市空间结构,将老城区的繁荣与新城区的活力连起来,是城市发展的新机遇;落实绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,创建友好的城市生态环境,引导绿色低碳出行。
In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,urban development also needs new ideas.In this context,Luoyang puts forward the goal of transformation and high-quality development.Luoyang has been building urban rail transit system since 2017.As of June 28,2021,rail transit line 1 has been in operation for three months,and rail transit line 2 is expected to be put into trial operation before the end of the year.Through literature research,survey data and other methods,this paper finds that the construction of urban rail transit in Luoyang plays an important role in promoting urban transformation and high-quality development:improving the urban comprehensive transportation system,building an advanced transportation network and improving residents’travel efficiency;Promote economic development,improve tourist satisfaction and promote the development of tourism;As the urban rail construction provides a large number of jobs,it drives the employment of the city and the development of many emerging industries;Building a more scientific and reasonable urban spatial structure and connecting the prosperity of the old urban area with the vitality of the new urban area is a new opportunity for urban development;Implement the concept that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains,create a friendly urban ecological environment and guide green and low-carbon travel.
