摘要
以站点周边不同交通接驳(主要指步行、自行车接驳)时间距离为路径,基于GIS研究确定轨道站点对周边地区的一般影响范围,并从城市设计角度对地块边界进行修订,划定轨道站点对周边用地的合理影响范围;基于影响区域内用地功能特征,定量计算各站点的用地优势度和用地均匀度指数。综合考虑站点的区域特征和交通功能,采用定性、定量相结合的分析方法,对城市轨道交通站点进行类型划分,以科学合理地指导轨道交通站点周边土地利用优化调整,同时为后续城市轨道交通站点周边的土地利用规划和设计标准制定提供参考依据。
Based on the time and distance of various transport connections (mainly on foot and by bicycle) near rail transit stations and the general scope that the rail transit stations influence the surrounding areas confirmed by GIS software, this paper revises the boundary of the block from the perspective of urban design, and demarcates a reasonable scope of influence of rail transit stations on the surrounding land use. Then, based on the function features of land use in the influenced area, this paper quantitatively calculates the index of the dominance and uniformity of land use of each station. Comprehensively considering regional features and traffic functions of rail transit stations, this paper classifies the urban rail transit stations by the qualitative and quantitative analysis methodologies, so as to guide the optimization and adjustment of land use around rail transit stations in a scientific and rational way, and at the same time, provides references for the subsequent standardmaking of land use planning and design on the vicinities of rail transit stations.
