摘要
高等教育智慧教学是新时代提高教学质量、促进教育创新的必然发展趋势。以“财政学”课程为例,展开关于新时代高等教育智慧教学的需求、设计与实施路径探讨。研究发现,新时代高等教育智慧教学受到教育环境升级会引致的高校中观需求,以及教学质量提升倒逼的师生微观需求。高等教育智慧教学的设计方案需要“硬件”升级、“软件”智慧教学环境架构的系统配合。由此,在新时代高等教育智慧教学下,“财政学”课程通过教学目标设定智慧化、教学内容融合智慧化、教学效果评价智慧化等有效路径来实现教学质量目标。
Higher education intelligent teaching in new era is the inevitable developmental trend to improve the quality of teaching and facilitate education invention.Taking Pubilc Finance as an example a discussion on the demand,design and implementation path is carried out.Major findings are as follows:The wisdom teaching of higher education in the new era will be influenced by the radiation of the change of educational concepts,which leads to the middle perspective demand of colleges and universities,and the micro demand of teachers and students forced by the improvement of teaching quality.The design scheme of intelligent teaching in higher education needs the system cooperation of“hardware”upgrading and“software”intelligent teaching environment architecture.Therefore,under the intelligent teaching of higher education in the new era,the finance course realizes the teaching quality goal through the effective ways of intelligent teaching goal setting,intelligent teaching content integration and intelligent teaching effect evaluation.
