摘要
体育产业正参与书写中国式现代化建设新篇章。运用文献资料调研、专家访谈、实地调查、焦点小组等研究方法,探讨数字技术助推体育产业发展的理论机制、现实制约与实践策略。研究发现,数字技术可助推体育产业质效提升、韧性强化、供需适配、效能普惠、价值共享、绿色发展。但当前数字技术助推的工具(政策工具、技术工具、应用工具)、动力(需求、要素、创新)、理念(技术信任、新型合作、溢出回报)不足,制约了其效能,可通过4项策略予以保障:完善“双域”政策工具支持,培育体育数字供应主体;深化需求锚定多元协作,鼓励硬核科技与柔性生产自主创新;强化产业敏捷治理探索,优化数字体育营商环境;推动技术全域性共享,加快体育大市场建设。
Sports industry is participating in writing a new chapter of Chinese path to modernization.By using the research methods such as literature research,expert interview,field survey and focus group,the theoretical mechanism,current constraint and practical strategy of digital technology to boost the development of the sports industry are discussed.This research finds that digital technology can promote the development of sports industry in the new era by the theoretical mechanism including enhancing industrial quality and efficiency,strengthening resilience,matching supply and demand,optimizing universal benefit effect,sharing value,deepening green development.However,the current digital technology boost tools(policy tools,technology tools,application tools),motivation(demand,factors,innovation),and concept(technology trust,new cooperation,spillover returns)insufficient to restrict its effectiveness,can be guaranteed through the following four practical strategies:improve the policy support of within and cross fields,cultivate sports digital service suppliers;deepen diversified collaboration anchored by demand,encourage the independent innovation about key technology and personalized production;strengthen the exploration on industrial agile governance,optimize the digital sports business environment;promote the sharing of technology in various fields,accelerate the construction of a unified national sports market.
