比较视野下教育数字化转型的关键内容与生态建设路径——基于创新生态系统理论的欧盟与法国教育数字化转型分析 被引量:3

摘要 当前,教育数字化转型已成为世界教育改革的时代主题。其中,欧盟及其成员国法国特别重视生态系统构建在教育数字化转型中的关键作用,展现出从生态视角研究教育数字化转型的重要意义。融合了生态学与系统科学的创新生态系统理论,不仅为教育数字化转型发展提供了新的思路,也契合欧盟与法国教育数字化转型相关政策文本的主要思想。基于此,文章构建了基于创新生态系统理论的教育数字化转型分析框架,并依托此分析框架,先从宏观、中观、微观层面阐释了欧盟与法国教育数字化转型的关键内容,之后提炼出欧盟与法国教育数字化转型的生态建设路径,包括明晰教育数字化转型的价值取向、完善教育数字化转型的技术生态建构、发挥教育数字化转型中教育生态系统的作用。最后,文章分析了欧盟与法国教育数字化转型行动计划对我国的启示,以期为推动我国教育数字化转型的系统性与协调性发展提供有益借鉴。 At present,the educational digital transformation has become the era theme of world education reform.Among them,the EU and its member country France pay special attention to the key role of ecosystem construction in the educational digital transformation,showing the significance of studying the educational digital transformation from an ecological perspective.The innovation ecosystem theory,which integrated ecology and system science,not only provided new ideas for the development of educational digital transformation,but also conformed to the main ideas of the policy texts related to the educational digital transformation in the EU and France.Based on this,the paper constructed an analysis framework of educational digital transformation based on innovation ecosystem theory,and firstly explained the key contents of educational digital transformation in EU and France from macro,meso and micro levels,relying on the analysis framework.Then,the ecological construction path of educational digital transformation in EU and France was extracted,which included clarifying the value orientation of educational digital transformation,perfecting the technical ecological construction of educational digital transformation,and giving play to the role of educational ecosystem in educational digital transformation.Finally,the enlightenment of the action plan of EU and France’s educational digital transformation to China was analyzed,expecting to provide useful reference for promoting the systematic and coordinated development of educational digital transformation in China.
