高校思政课教师职业自信建构的难点与突破策略研究

摘要 探索高校思政课教师职业自信建构的难点与突破策略对提高教学效果和教师满意度具有重要意义。高校思政课教师职业自信建构在构建积极的教育生态系统和培养学生的社会责任感方面发挥着关键作用。面对教育环境的变化、学生需求的多样化,职业自信的建构面临多重挑战。为此,提出了开展持续的专业发展培训、鼓励教师之间的经验分享、学校营造支持性工作环境等策略。 It is of great significance to explore the difficulties and breakthrough strategies of the construction of professional self-confidence of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities to improve the teaching effect and teacher satisfaction.The construction of professional self-confidence of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities plays a key role in building a positive educational ecosystem and cultivating students'sense of social responsibility.In the face of changes in the educational environment and the diversification of students'needs,the construction of career confidence is facing multiple challenges.To this end,strategies such as continuing professional development(CPD)training,encouraging experience sharing among teachers,and creating a supportive working environment in schools are proposed.
