摘要 教师尊严既需要教师自我建构与自觉维护,又需要社会他者的认可与尊重,坚守教师尊严是推进新时代教师队伍建设的应然选择与必行之路。阐明教师尊严的真实意蕴、内在属性和价值逻辑等核心要义是坚守教师尊严的理论前提。坚守教师尊严在实践指向上要承转师尊之中华优秀传统文化、恪守新时代教师职业使命、创新家校社协同育人体系、探索教师队伍治理新模式,以培育教师尊严主体自觉、升华教师尊严内在价值、构建教师尊严共生空间、夯实教师尊严制度基础来推进全社会形成尊师重教之风,巩固和夯实强教兴国之本,为建设中国特色社会主义现代化教育强国奠定坚实基础。 Teachers’dignity not only needs teachers’self-construction and self-conscious maintenance,but also needs the recognition and respect of the other in the society.To stick to teachers’dignity is the inevitable choice and way to promote the construction of teachers in the new era.To clarify the core meaning of teachers’dignity,such as its true meaning,intrinsic attribute and value logic,is the theoretical premise of sticking to teachers’dignity.In order to stick to teachers’dignity in practice,we shall abide by teachers’professional mission in the new era,hand down Chinese traditional culture of teacher-dignity,innovate family-school-community collaborative education system,explore new pattern of teacher team governance to foster the subject of teachers’dignity consciousness,sublimate the intrinsic value of the teachers’dignity,build teachers’dignity symbiotic space,strengthen teachers’dignity system foundation.In order to build a modern education power with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to promote the formation of respecting teachers and valuing education in the whole society,consolidate and consolidate the foundation of strengthening education and rejuvenating the country.
