摘要
本研究以“‘最美乡村教师’的教育情怀样态如何”为研究问题,基于扎根理论的研究思路,遵循质性研究收集和分析数据的方法与程序,选取四川省两届42位“最美乡村教师”获得者为研究对象,以获奖者事迹材料文本为研究资料进行分析,从而提炼出“最美乡村教师”的教育情怀。研究发现,“最美乡村教师”具有“责任意识”“眷念情怀”和“求上精神”三大基本特质。进而提出可从“强化角色认知,厚植乡土情感,提升行动品质”三方面来促进乡村教师的教育情怀建设,涵养师德,为乡村教育的发展和乡村教师队伍师德建设提供思考和借鉴。
This study takes the educational feelings of“the most beautifulRural Teachers”as the research question,following the theoretical access of grounded theory,adopting the methods and procedures of qualitative research data collection and analysis,selects 42 winners of“the most beautifulRural Teachers”in Sichuan province as the research object,analyses the stories of the winners as the research data,and epitomizes the educational feelings of“the most beautifulRural Teachers”.It is found that“the most beautifulRural Teachers”have three basic characteristics:“sense of responsibility”,“nostalgia”and“spirit of pursuit”.Furthermore,it is proposed that the construction of rural teachers'educational feelings can be promoted from the three aspects of“strengthening role cognition,deepening homeland feeling and improving the quality of action”,so as to cultivate teachers'ethics and provide thinking and reference for the development of rural education and the construction of rural teachers'ethics.
