校外科学教育何以助力科技创新后备人才培养——俄罗斯“量子智慧”儿童科技园的实践检视

How Out-of-School Science Education Helps Cultivate Reserve Talents for Science,Technology and Innovation?-A Practical Review of the Children's Technopark"Quantorium"

摘要 科技创新后备人才培养是学校教育的重要使命,科学教育则是完成该使命的关键。青少年科学教育不仅要依靠校内教育,而且也要善于挖掘校外资源。近十年来,俄罗斯大力推进“量子智慧”儿童科技园建设。这些科技园拥有基础学科、高新技术、先进制造三大领域的完备课程,借助真实案例培养学生解决问题的能力,促进学生快速进阶,着眼学生兴趣,培养其未来职业必备技能。俄罗斯政府为“量子智慧”儿童科技园的运行提供了充分的经费、人力资源和基础设施保障。“量子智慧”儿童科技园充分体现出俄罗斯校外科学教育的战略重要性、人人可及的普及性、发现与识别拔尖创新人才的便捷性和打通乡村科学教育“最后一公里”的有效性。 The cultivation of reserve talents in science,technology and innovation is an important mission of school education,and science education is the key to accomplishing this mission.Science education for young people depends not only on the school,but also on tapping resources outside the school.Over the last ten years,Russia has vigorously promoted the construction of Children's Technopark"Quantorium"which has complete curricula in three major areas:basic subjects,high technology and advanced manufacturing,and use real cases to cultivate students'problem-solving abilities,promote rapid advancement through the zone of nearest development,and cultivate vocational skills in line with students'interests.In addition,funding,human resources,and infrastructure support the operation of Children's Technopark"Quantorium".Children's Technopark"Quantorium"fully reflects the strategic importance of out-of-school science education,the popularity of out-of-school science education accessible to all,the convenience of discovering and identifying potentials for cultivating top-notch creative talents,and the effectiveness of bridging the"last kilometer"of science education in villages.It is characterized by four aspects.
