紧固技术在制造业中起着关键作用,它确保紧固件被固定到正确的扭矩。本文旨在探讨大数据算法在紧固技术中的应用。本文首先讨论了大数据分析的算法种类和适用领域,然后探讨了大数据算法在紧固技术中的应用,如何用于提高紧固工艺的准确性、效率和可靠性,最后提出了应用大数据进行拧紧技术开发面临的挑战,本研究可为紧固技术的数据分析提供参考价值。
Fastening technology plays a key role in the manufacturing industry,ensuring that fasteners are fixed to the right torque.This paper aims to explore the application of big data algorithm in fastening technology.This paper first discusses the types and application areas of big data analysis algorithms,then explores the application of big data algorithms in fastening technology,how to improve the accuracy,efficiency,and reliability of fastening processes,and finally presents the challenges faced by the application of big data in the development of tightening technology.This study can provide reference value for data analysis in fastening technology.
