摘要
在输电铁塔建造中,安装的螺栓尺寸与螺孔尺寸对应与否,直接影响铁塔的安装质量。同时,螺栓数量众多,人工检测费时费力。因此,基于双目相机的视觉信息提出了一套螺栓直径测量系统。本系统首先利用Faster-RCNN目标检测网络进行螺栓定位,然后结合Mask-RCNN分割网络与提出的基于边缘和灰度特征的螺栓分割算法实现目标螺栓区域分割,最后结合深度信息实现螺栓直径的自动测量。试验结果表明,利用此测量系统在实际测量中,误差在3mm内的占比为92.5%,且平均误差在2mm以内。
In the construction of power transmission tower, whether the installed bolt size corresponds to the bolt hole size directly affects the installation quality of power tower. At the same time, the number of bolts is large, and manual detection is time-consuming and laborious. Therefore, a bolt diameter measurement system based on the visual information of binocular camera is proposed. Firstly, the system uses Faster-RCNN target detection network to locate bolts. Then, combined with mask Mask-RCNN segmentation network and the proposed screw segmentation algorithm based on edge and gray features, the target bolt region is segmented. Finally, the automatic measurement of bolt diameter is realized combined with depth information. The experimental results show that the error within 3 mm accounts for 92.5% in the actual measurement, and the average error is within 2 mm.
