摘要
目的:探讨联合干预对耐多药结核病患者治疗效果的影响。方法:将200例耐多药结核病患者随机分为常规组和干预组各100例。常规组采用一般健康教育及常规护理;干预组采用修订版MoriskY服药依从性量表进行问卷测评并实施团体活动、艾灸干预、营养干预、集中管理等多项式干预。结果:干预组服药依从性总均分8.80±1.41分,高于对照组的8.21±1.63分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组五分类网织检测各项指标值明显高于常规组(P<0.05);干预组患者痰培养检测转阴率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);干预组患者肺CT空洞闭合率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:联合干预有效提高了患者服药依从性及治疗效果,促进患者康复。
Objective:To explore the effect of combined intervention on the treatment of patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 200 MDR-TB patients were randomly divided into routine group and intervention group,with 100 patients in each group.The routine group received general health education and routine nursing.In the intervention group,the modified MoriskY medication compliance scale was used for questionnaire assessment and multinomial interventions such as group activities,moxibustion intervention,nutrition intervention and centralized management were implemented.Results:The total average score of medication compliance in the intervention group was 8.80±1.41 scores,which was higher than 8.21±1.63 score in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The index values of five classification webs in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The conversion rate of sputum culture in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The CT cavity closure rate in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined intervention can effectively improve patients'medication compliance and treatment effect,and promote patients'recovery.
