摘要
近年来,电子商务发展迅猛,为乡村振兴插上数字经济的翅膀。随着农村居民收入水平和消费水平的逐步提高,农村电商物流迎来新的发展机遇,政府也加大了对农村电商物流的关注和支持。但相较于城市地区,我国城市物流体系日趋完善,而农村地区仍然存在互联网建设相对落后、电商物流体系不健全、物流配送成本高和电商物流人才匮乏等问题,影响整个农村物流体系的构建和运营。为加快发展农村电商物流,助推乡村振兴,需要补齐农村网络基础设施短板、完善农村电商物流体系、实现资源共享和加强人才队伍建设。
In recent years,e-commerce has developed rapidly,giving wings to the digital economy for rural revitalization.With the gradual increase in income level and consumption level of rural residents,rural e-commerce logistics has ushered in new development opportunities,and the government has also increased its attention and support to rural e-commerce logistics.However,compared to urban areas,China's urban logistics system is becoming more and more complete,while there are still problems in rural areas such as relatively backward internet construction,unsound e-commerce logistics system,high logistics and distribution costs and lack of e-commerce logistics personnel,which affect the construction and operation of the entire rural logistics system.In order to accelerate the development of rural e-commerce logistics and boost rural revitalization,it is necessary to make up for the shortcomings of rural network infrastructure,improve the rural e-commerce logistics system,realize resource sharing and strengthen the construction of talent teams.
