摘要
探讨曲美布汀联合双歧杆菌四联益生菌治疗胃食管反流病的应用效果。选择2022年5月—2023年5月收治的78例胃食管反流病患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为曲美布汀组和联合组,每组各39例。曲美布汀组采用曲美布汀治疗,联合组采用曲美布汀联合双歧杆菌四联益生菌治疗,疗程1个月,共治疗3个疗程,比较治疗总有效率、治疗前后胃肠动力学指标(胃窦收缩次数、胃排空率、胃体蠕动次数),肠道菌群(酵母真菌、双歧杆菌、大肠埃希菌、乳酸菌)及不良反应。研究发现,曲美布汀联合双歧杆菌四联益生菌治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效明显,可优化患者胃肠动力兼具安全性,值得推广。
Exploring the application effect of Qumeibutin combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple probiotics in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.78 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into a trimebutine group and a combination group using a random number table method,with 39 patients in each group.The Qumeibutin group was treated with Qumeibutin,while the combination group was treated with Qumeibutin combined with Bifidobacterium bifidum probiotics for one month,with a total of three courses of treatment.The total effective rate of treatment,gastrointestinal dynamic indicators before and after treatment(gastric antral contraction frequency,gastric emptying rate,gastric peristalsis frequency),gut microbiota(yeast fungi,Bifidobacterium,Escherichia coli,lactic acid bacteria),and adverse reactions were compared.A study has found that the combination of Qumeibutin and Bifidobacterium probiotics has a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,which can optimize the gastrointestinal motility of patients and is safe,and is worthy of promotion.
