摘要
目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量及认知功能的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月抚州市第三医院收治的72例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组予以奥氮平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]、认知功能评分[Loewenstein认知功能评定表(LOTCA)]、神经功能指标[神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)]及单胺类神经递质[多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)]。结果治疗后,两组睡眠时间、睡眠质量及睡眠障碍评分均低于治疗前,LOTCA评分均高于治疗前,且观察组睡眠时间、睡眠质量及睡眠障碍评分均低于对照组,LOTCA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NSE水平均低于治疗前,BDNF水平均高于治疗前,且观察组NSE水平低于对照组,BDNF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组DA、5-HT、NE水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效显著,可改善患者睡眠质量,强化其神经突触可塑性,避免神经功能损伤,提高认知功能,改善单胺类神经递质,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with olanzapine on sleep quality and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 72 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Third Hospital of Fuzhou from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule on the basis of the control group.The sleep quality(Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale[PSQI]),cognitive function score(Loewenstein cognitive function assessment scale[LOTCA]),neurological function in dexes(neuron-specific enolase[NSE],brain-derived neurotrophic factor[BDN]),monoamine neurotransmitters(dopamine[DA],5-hydroxytryptamine[5-HT],norepinephrine[NE])were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the sleep time,sleep quality and sleep disorder scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the LOTCA scores were higher than those before treatment,the sleep time,sleep quality and sleep disorder scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the LOTCA scores were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NSE levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the BDNF levels were higher than those before treatment,and the NSE level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the BDNF level was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of DA,5-HT and NE of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with olanzapine in the
