摘要
妈祖信仰和中国武术都是从福建传播到琉球。前者在琉球早已式微,而后者却与当地拳法结合形成唐手,进而流传到日本本土成为现今世界知名的空手道。从相关的文献分析可知,妈祖信俗是在明朝之际由三十六姓闽人传入琉球,本文主要论述妈祖信俗在琉球社会中的传播与演变。
Both Mazu belief and Chinese martial arts were transmitted to Ryukyu from Fujian.While Mazu belief has waned in Ryukyu,Chinese martial arts merged with local boxing styles to form"Tang Shou",which later spread to mainland Japan and became the internationally renowned Karate.Through the analysis of relevant literature,it is evident that Mazu belief was introduced to Ryukyu by the Minnan people of the Thirty-Six Clans during the Ming Dynasty.This paper discuss the dissemination and evolution of Mazu belief in Ryukyu society.
