摘要
基于OBE教育理念,深入分析国内高校汉语国际教育专业人才培养过程中普遍存在的问题,针对培养目标定位不清晰、课程体系对人才培养目标支撑不足、就业去向与培养目标匹配度不高、学生汉语课堂教学能力不足等问题,围绕专业学生教学实践、外语、跨文化交际能力的提升,尝试让人才培养所有环节、步骤紧密围绕OBE成果导向需求,将培养重心定位于提升本科生的教学师范能力、小语种复合能力和跨文化交际技能三个方面,最终实现专业建设、人才培养与创新发展的联动效应,提高人才培养模式与国际汉语师资需求、就业趋向的适配度,建设现代化高水平的人才培养基地。
Based on the concept of OBE,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the common problems in the process of talent training for Chinese international education majors in domestic colleges and universities.Aiming at such problems as unclear orientation of training goals,insufficient support of the curriculum system for talent training goals,poor matching between employment destination and training goals,and insufficient Chinese classroom teaching ability of students,we focus on the improvement of professional students'teaching practice,foreign language,and intercultural communication ability,and try to closely align all links and steps of talent training with OBE results-oriented need,and focus on three aspects:improving undergraduate students'teaching and training ability,minority language composite ability and intercultural communication skills,so as to finally realize the linkage effect of professional construction,talent training and innovative development.We need to improve the adaptability of talent training model to the needs of international Chinese teachers and employment trends,and build a modern high-level talent training base.
