有机微量矿物质对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响

摘要 为探究有机微量矿物质对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选取300只健康无病、体况相近的45周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复15只。空白对照组饲喂基础饲粮(不添加有机微量矿物质),试验1组、2组、3组分别在基础饲粮中添加含有低剂量(30 mg/kg锌、25 mg/kg锰、5 mg/kg铜、3 mg/kg纳米硒)、中剂量(60 mg/kg锌、50 mg/kg锰、10 mg/kg铜、6 mg/kg纳米硒)、高剂量(90 mg/kg锌、85 mg/kg锰、15 mg/kg铜、10 mg/kg纳米硒)的有机微量矿物质。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组蛋破损率显著降低(P<0.05),试验3组蛋破损率仅为0.47%,且试验1、2组、3组的蛋黄颜色、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加有机微量矿物质(锌、锰、铜、硒)可提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋品质。 In order to explore the effects of organic trace minerals on the performance and egg quality of laying hens,300 healthy,disease-free,45-week-old Highland brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates each group and 30 birds each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet.The experimental groups 1,2 and 3 were fed with low(30 mg/kg Zn,25 mg/kg Mn,5 mg/kg Cu,3 mg/kg nano-se),medium(60 mg/kg Zn,50 mg/kg Mn,10 mg/kg Cu,6 mg/kg nano-se)and high dose(90 mg/kg Zn,85 mg/kg Mn,15 mg/kg Cu,10 mg/kg nano-se)organic trace minerals in basal diet.The results showed that compared with the control group,the rate of egg breakage in group 1,2 and 3 was significantly lower(P<0.05),and the rate of egg breakage in group 3 was only 0.47%.The egg yolk color,eggshell thickness and eggshell strength in group 1,2 and 3 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).To sum up,adding organic trace minerals(Zn,Mn,Cu,Se)in diet can improve the performance and egg quality of laying hens.
