基于近红外光谱蛋壳不同部位厚度检测分析方法研究

摘要 探索了近红外漫反射光谱数据与鸡蛋不同部位蛋壳厚度之间的关系。以88个粉壳鸡蛋作为实验样品,分别对鸡蛋大头、赤道、小头进行光谱数据采集与分析;对原始光谱数据、一阶微分、二阶微分预处理数据进行偏最小二乘交互验证,确定偏最小二乘建模所需的主成分数目,然后对不同部位蛋壳厚度进行定量分析与预测。根据偏最小二乘建模及预测结果,鸡蛋赤道部分和大头部分蛋壳厚度预测的误差比小头部分要小,而且校正集误差与预测集误差相差不大。经过一阶导数和二阶导数对数据预处理后,虽然校正集相关系数有所增大,但模型出现了过拟合现象。测试结果表明,近红外光谱原始数据与鸡蛋赤道部分蛋壳厚度相关系数为0.6913,校正集均方根误差为2.0632(0.01 mm),预测集均方根误差为2.0194(0.01 mm),定量预测精度不高。 The correlation between near infrared diffuse reflectance spectral data and eggshell thickness of different parts of eggs is discussed.88 pink shell eggs are used as experimental samples to collect and analyze the spectral data of egg big head,equator and small head respectively;the original data,first order differential and second order differential data is carried out by partial least squares interactive verification which determine the number of the principal components required for partial least squares modeling.According to the partial least squares modeling and prediction results,it can be seen that the prediction error of the eggshell thickness of the equatorial part and the large part is smaller than that of the small part,and the error of the correction set and the prediction set have little difference.After the first derivative and second derivative data preprocessing,although the correlation coefficient of the correction set increases,there is an over-fitting phenomenon.The test results show that the correlation coefficient between the raw data of the near infrared spectroscopy and the egg shell thickness at the equator of the egg is 0.6913,the RMSEC is 2.0632(0.01 mm),and the RMSEP is 2.0194(0.01 mm).The quantitative prediction accuracy is not high.
