案例式PBL教学模式在口腔科临床实习生带教中的应用

摘要 目的探究在口腔科临床实习带教中采用案例式问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式的效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月费县探沂中心医院口腔科的62名临床实习生,根据双盲法分为两组,每组31名。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用案例式PBL教学模式,对比两组实习生的带教效果。结果观察组理论知识、临床技能操作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对于带教方式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组综合能力评分(自学能力、文献查阅能力、思辨能力、沟通能力)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔科的临床实习带教中,采用案例式PBL教学模式对于提高实习生的理论与临床技能具有突出效果,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of using problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of stomatology department.Methods 62 clinical interns in the Department of Stomatology of Fei County Tan⁃gyi Central Hospital were selected from March 2022 to March 2023,and they were divided into two groups of 31 each according to the double-blind method.The control group used the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group used the case-based PBL teaching mode.The teaching effect of the interns in the two groups was compared.Re⁃sults The theoretical knowledge and clinical skill operation scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's satisfaction with the teaching method was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability score(self-learning ability,literature review ability,critical thinking ability,communica⁃tion ability)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical practice teaching of stomatology department,the use of PBL teaching model has outstanding effect on improving the theory and clinical skills of interns,and it is worth promoting.
