PBL联合PDCA循环教学法用于口腔科实习带教的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析PBL联合PDCA循环教学法用于口腔科实习带教的效果。方法从2020年1—12月期间娄底市口腔医院口腔科接收的实习学生中随机抽取23名进行分析,设为传统组,运用传统教学法。从2021年1—12月期间本院口腔科接收的实习学生中随机抽取23名进行分析,设为联合组,运用PBL联合PDCA循环教学法。对两组实习学生教学后的出科成绩进行记录,对两组实习学生的工作能力进行评估,对两组实习学生的教学效果满意度进行评价。结果联合组教学后的出科成绩高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组教学后的工作能力高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组教学后的教学效果满意度高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对口腔科实习学生进行带教时,运用PBL联合PDCA循环教学法能够提升实习学生的出科成绩,增强实习学生的工作能力,提高教学效果满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of PBL combined with PDCA cycle teaching method for practice teaching in dentistry.Methods From January to December 2020,23 interns were randomly selected from the intern students received by the Department of Stomatology,Loudi Stomatological Hospital,and set as a traditional group,the traditional teaching method was used.From January to December 2021,23 intern students were randomly selected for analysis in the Department of Stomatology of the hospital,and set as a joint group,the PBL combined with PDCA cycle teaching method was used.The grades of the two groups of intern students after teaching were recorded,the work ability of the two groups of intern students was evaluated,and the satisfaction with the teaching effect of the two groups of intern students was evaluated.Results The results of the combined group after teaching were higher than those of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the combined group after teaching was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect satisfaction of the combined group after teaching was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When teaching interns in the department of stomatology,the use of PBL combined with PDCA cycle teaching method can improve the grades of interns,enhance the work ability of interns,and improve the satisfaction of teaching effects.
