摘要
目的探究透明质酸修护生物膜联合氯雷他定对特应性皮炎患者炎症反应及皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法将本院于2022年1月至2022年12月期间收治的88例特应性皮炎患者基于随机数字表法,分为观察组与对照组各44例。其中,对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,观察组给予“氯雷他定+透明质酸修护生物膜”治疗。比较分析患者治疗效果、炎症反应、皮肤屏障功能以及不良反应发生率等情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者皮肤屏障功能评价指标角质层含水量、皮脂含量值均高于对照组,经皮水分丢失指标值低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者IL-6、CRP和TNF-α等炎症因子指标水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组总不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论在特应性皮炎患者治疗中,给予透明质酸修护生物膜联合氯雷他定治疗,可以有效提高皮肤屏障功能,降低炎症反应水平,综合治疗效果更显著。
Objective Explore the effect of hyaluronic acid repair biofilm combined with loratadine on inflammatory response and skin barrier function in patients with atopic dermatitis.Methods A total of 88 patients with atopic dermatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into an observation group and a control group based on a random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with loratadine,while the observation group was treated with"loratadine+hyaluronic acid repair biofilm".Compare and analyze the treatment effectiveness,inflammatory reactions,incidence of adverse reactions,and skin barrier function of patients.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the values of the skin barrier function evaluation indexes of stratum corneum water content and sebum content of the patients in the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the values of the indexes of transcutaneous water loss were lower than that of the control group(both P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of the indexes of the inflammatory factors of the patients of the observation group,such as IL-6,CRP and TNF-α,were lower than that of the control group(both P<0.05);there was no difference in the occurrence rates of total adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);Conclusions In the treatment of atopic dermatitis patients,the combination of hyaluronic acid repair biofilm and loratadine can effectively improve skin barrier function,reduce inflammatory response levels,and have a more significant comprehensive treatment effect.
