摘要
目的探讨他克莫司软膏联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎患者的临床效果。方法选取常州市新北区孟河中医医院2017年6月至2019年5月收治的面部激素依赖性皮炎患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用他克莫司软膏治疗,观察组采用他克莫司软膏联合rb-bFGF凝胶治疗,比较两组临床疗效、皮肤功能、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗前两组表皮油脂含量、表皮含水量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为12.00%,与对照组10.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组复发率为6.00%,明显低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎采用他克莫司软膏联合rb-bFGF治疗能够有效提高临床疗效,促进患者皮肤功能恢复,降低复发率,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of Tacrolimus Ointment combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(RB-BFGF) gel in the treatment of patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis admitted to Menghe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Xinbei District of Changzhou City from June 2017 to may 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment, and the observation group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment combined with rb-bFGF gel. The clinical efficacy, skin function, incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in epidermal oil content and epidermal water content between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.00% in the observation group, compared with 10.00% in the control group,(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.00%, which was significantly lower than the recurrence rate of 24.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis, tacrolimus ointment combined with RB-BFGF can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, promote the recovery of skin function, reduce the recurrence rate, and have high safety.
