摘要
目的:探讨纳米银联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)凝胶治疗烧伤患者的临床疗效。方法:随机将2015年1月~2017年12月治疗烧伤的84例患者分为两组,A组采用纳米银治疗,B组在此基础上联合rb-bFGF凝胶治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:B组浅Ⅱ度创面、深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间均明显短于A组,且B治疗后1周、2周、3周的愈合率与治疗总有效率明显高于A组,创面感染发生率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:烧伤患者采用rb-bFGF凝胶联合纳米银治疗,有助于缩短创面愈合时间,降低创面感染率,促进烧伤创面愈合。
Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of nano-silver combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF)gel in the treatment of burn patients.Methods:Eighty-four burned patients were randomly divided into two groups from January 2015 to December 2017.Group A was treated with silver nanoparticles and group B was treated with rb-bFGF gel.Results:The healing time of superficial second degree wound and deep second degree wound in group B was significantly shorter than that in group A,and the healing rate and total effective rate at 1,2 and 3 weeks after treatment in group B were significantly higher than that in group A,and the incidence of wound infection was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of rb-bFGF gel combined with nano-silver on burn patients can shorten the wound healing time,reduce the infection rate and promote the healing of burn wounds.
