微等离子束联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕疗效的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的运用微等离子束联合成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶外涂治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕并观察疗效。方法:将60例凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者随机分为2组,每组30例,观察组用微等离子术联合成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗,对照组仅采用微等离子束治疗,观察及比较两组疗效。每位患者治疗2~4次,平均3次,治疗间歇2个月。结果:两组患者治疗前ECCA评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗前后ECCA评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后ECCA评分下降22.50±11.65;对照组治疗后ECCA评分下降16.33±9.37,比较两组ECCA评分下降值,观察组大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微等离子束联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕疗效优于单独用微等离子束,值得临床推广使用。 Objective:To treat depressed acne scar and observe the curative effect by coating micro-plasma beam combined with fibroblast growth factor gel.Methods:60 patients with depressed acne scar were involved in this experiment and were randomly divided into two groups and each for 30 patients.The observation group was treated with micro-plasma beam combined with fibroblast growth factor gel;while the control group received treatment of micro-plasma beam.The curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Each patient received 2 to 4 times of treatment,3 times on average,and the intermittent time between two treatments lasted for 2 months.Results:There was no statistical significance in the comparison of ECCA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was statistical difference in the ECCA score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The ECCA score of the observation group after treatment decreased by 22.50±11.65;while the ECCA score of the control group after treatment decreased by 16.33±9.37.The decreased ECCA score of the two groups was compared,so that the decreased ECCA score of observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The curative effect of micro-plasma beam combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in treating depressed acne scar is better than using micro-plasma beam alone.So the therapy of micro-plasma beam combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel is worthy of clinical application.
