摘要
目的评价面部激素依赖性皮炎患者使用复方甘草酸苷片联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗效果。方法:选择我院2018年6月-2019年10月收治的75例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者,按照治疗方法分为对照组(39例,地氯雷他定+他克莫司)、观察组(36例,以对照组为基准,联合复方甘草酸苷片+重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶)。观察治疗2个月后的临床疗效、患者自觉症状、客观体征消失时间,以及不同时段自觉症状、客观体征、疾病总积分变化情况。结果观察组临床疗效明显较对照组高(97.2%vs82.0%,P<0.05)。用药后观察组自觉症状、客观体征消失时间明显较对照组少(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组自觉症状、客观体征、疾病总积分明显较对照组低;随访3个月后,观察组疾病总积分仍较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论面部激素依赖性皮炎患者接受药物治疗,应以西药常规治疗为基础,而后联合开展复方甘草酸苷片+重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗,可有效提升临床疗效、降低自觉症状和客观体征消失时间。
Objective To evaluate the e fficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Gel in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods 75 patients with facial hormone dependence dermatitis treated in our hospital from June 2018 to October in-2019 were selected and divided into control group(39 cases,desloratadine+tacrolimus),and observation group(36 cases,combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets+Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Gel)according to the treatment.After 2 months of treatment,the clinical e ffect,the patients'conscious symptoms,the disappearance time of objective signs,and the changes of conscious symptoms,objective signs and the total score of the disease in di fferent periods were observed.Results The clinical e ffect of the observation group was signi ficantly higher than that of the control group(97.2%vs 82.0%,P<0.05).The disappearance time of conscious symptoms and objective signs in the observation group was signi ficantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of symptoms,objective signs and diseases in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;after 3 months of follow-up,the total score of diseases in the observation group was still lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis should be based on the routine treatment of Western medicine,and then combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets+Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Gel treatment.It can effectively improve the clinical e fficacy,reduce the symptoms of spontaneous symptoms and the disappearance time of objective signs.
