摘要
目的:分析社区护理干预在老年脑卒中患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2021年1月龙口市石良中心卫生院收治的老年脑卒中患者74例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各37例。对照组接受常规出院指导,观察组在对照组基础上接受社区护理干预。比较两组肢体功能、生活自理能力、睡眠质量和生活质量。结果:干预前,两组运动功能评定量表(FMA)、Barthel指数评定量表(BI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组FMA、BI评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预前,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组PSQI评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预前,两组简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SF-36评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:社区护理干预在老年脑卒中患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善老年脑卒中患者肢体功能、自理能力、睡眠质量、生活质量,综合优势显著。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of community nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 74 elderly stroke patients admitted to Longkou City Shiliang Central Health Center from July 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine discharge guidance and the observation group received community nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The limb function,self-care ability,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)and Barthel Index Rating Scale(BI)between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the scores of FMA and BI in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the PSQI scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the scores of SF-36 in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:The community nursing intervention has a significant application effect in the nursing of elderly patients with stroke,and can improve limb function,self-care ability,sleep quality,and qualit
