摘要
目的分析阶段式康复宣教在脑卒中后康复训练患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月—2019年5月该院收治的100例脑卒中患者为研究对象,将患者随机分成对照组(50例)与观察组(50例)。对照组患者实施常规康复宣教,观察组患者则实施阶段式康复宣教。对比两组患者康复总有效率、生活质量、依从性、满意度。结果观察组患者的康复总有效率、生活质量评分、对康复训练的依从性、对阶段式康复宣教的满意度均高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段式康复宣教在脑卒中后康复训练患者中的应用效果较好,能够提高患者康复的总有效率,改善患者的生活质量,提高患者对康复训练的依从性,提高宣教的满意度,值得在临床上使用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of staged rehabilitation education in rehabilitation training patients after stroke.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,100 stroke patients admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(50 cases)and an observation group(50 cases).Patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation education,and patients in the observation group implemented a phased rehabilitation education.The total recovery efficiency,quality of life,compliance,and satisfaction score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation,quality of life score,compliance with rehabilitation training,and satisfaction score of staged rehabilitation education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The staged rehabilitation education has a good application effect in rehabilitation training patients after stroke.It can improve the total efficiency of rehabilitation of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the compliance of patients to rehabilitation training,and improve the satisfaction of education.It is worthy of clinical use.
